Pivot Project turns disruption into direction - and potential into opportunity.

Who We Are
How we started

Pivot Project was founded by Annie Mathew, who previously created and led Microsoft Code Without Barriers across 12 countries. That work reached more than 600,000 women and showed that skills alone are not enough. People also need confidence, networks, applied experience, and access to real opportunity.
Pivot Project builds on those lessons to create more complete pathways through workforce transition—from learning and placement to community, employment, and policy change.
